Our historic passenger coaches are climate controlled for your comfort. Restrooms are available on board during the ride. Including the preshow in the theater prior to departure the entire experience is 1-hour and 20 minutes in duration. Due to the historic nature of our passenger coaches we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs or scooters. There is no ADA accessibility.
You have three different options for seating on the Santa Special. The experience on the train ride is the same in each of the passenger coaches.
Option #1 - The Silver Tureen Dining Car can accommodate 48 passengers and features booth-style seating at a table for four people. Select the table of your choice and all four seats are included in the price. You are required to purchase the entire table to avoid having to sit with complete strangers. Toddlers ages 2 and under ride free in the lap of an adult.
Option #2 - The Golden Sand passenger coach can accommodate forty passengers and features four seats in a row seperated by an aisle. All seats face the same direction. Toddlers ages 2 and under ride free in the lap of an adult.
Option #3 - The Ohio State University passenger coach can accommodate fifty-six passengers in comfortable seats and features four seats accross the row seperated by an aisle. All seats face toward the center of the coach where the stage area is located. The eight seats in the middle of the coach face one another. These are the only seats in the coach with that feature. Toddlers ages 2 and under ride free in the lap of an adult.
